Please Confirm wheather new establishment are exempt from pf for first 5 year or there is any condition with the same.

EPF is applicable if the number of employees in an establishment are 20 or more irresepctive of firtst 5 years, to the best of my kbowledge. The time period of 5 years applies to Bouns inder payment of bonus Act.
