Sir, CA Mayurji meant that only on the 11th hour, i.e., the very last day itself, the date extension is made by the authorities. Their software was changed only on 13th April' evening. It would be better if they had announced date extension beforehand. With just two days, what were they waiting for...some miracles to enable all employers to be able to file their ECR's!
