I am HR in IT staffing company, Hyderabad and running payroll every month. A new Joinee demands that he doesn't want EPF account and no PF deductions should be reflect in his payslip. if we go for statutory audit with our client demands that every new candidate has to be submit and sign on Form-11, Form-2, Form-F, Form-Q, and Form-I at the time of joining. if we cannot produce the document to audit team that lead to remark for our company.
Please advise me that, Is there any provision or alternative solution to convince our client audit team?
