EPF claim -reg

Dear frds / experts,

If an employee wants to claim full amount of EPF deposits during the period of service, whether employer Can proceed it? If so, how and what is the procedure for it? and if Not, eventhough the employer supports employee in this case, what happens??

First of all KYC of employee should be complete on EPFO portal.Than only after employee can withdraw pf through online.
my point is not u mentioned....actually during the period of service , an employee wants to withdraw full amt....now whether the employer has rights to proceed for his full claim during his period of service?
Yes, you can withdraw the contributed EPS amount along with your EPF balance. But the condition is you must not have completed 10 Yrs of service. When you withdraw EPF, then you receive EMPLOYEE+EMPLOYER EPF contribution+Interest earned on this EPF. Along with that, some % of EPS contribution also be paid.
if you have not completed 10 yrs of services than you can withdrawal full amount of pf (employee share+employer share+interest eraned+amt in pension fund)
