EOU & DTA

Till now the compnay was runnig both EOU and DTA unit at one premise. as G, 1st and 2nd level of building as EOU and 3 rd floor as DTA.

 

But the compnay never sought any permission from the department for such arrangement. neither they intimated the department about the 3rd floor from where the DTA unit is being operated.

They are issuing same kind of invoices for the services exported through EOU and same invoice for DTA sale from DTA unit?

What are the consecuences faced by the compnay?

Or they can get away by it by intimating the same to the department..

Please Advice ..

The ground plan must have been given at the time of registration. In any case, this is not such an issue which can create any problem if goods/raw material etc. are properly accounted for.
