Environmental Protection-Why Annual Reports on Hard Copy

There was a cry by  way of media and Other Top Organisations please save the planet. The Concept of paperless office was advocated by many organisation .More papers to be used means more cutting of Trees .Assume Corporates sending Annual Reports to All Shareholders in HardCopies.Thereby cost is increased and well as damage to environment.Nowadays the Registrar has Bank Mandate Details, Complete Address and the email ID of all share holders.Is it wise to send only Soft copy to all shareholders thereby saving huge cost in printing and thereby saving our environment so that more trees are not cut.Kindly give Your views in this Forum.Is there any provision in companies Act that only hard copy to be circulated if so can we give a suggestion to be amended ? Let by this useful debate let us take it Forward to everyone in a positive way.I am expecting  very valuable comments from everyone in this club regarding this
