can you describe the purpose of valuation to have a clear understanding. There are many methods you can adopt, i.e. net asset value or networth method, price earning capacity method etc

             It is calcualted as Market cap plus debt, minority interest and preferred shares, minus total cash and cash equivalents.

Actually our limited company wants to takeover another listed company ?
