How do I enter vat transactions in TALLY 9, ? Am not in INDIA...MY vat is 20% on all sales and purchases....
Can I minus/plus the vat amount at every end of the month ?

Generally, Tally provided VAT functionlity for India (almost all the states), Singapore, UK, Indonesia, etc.,
Let us know which country accounts you are maintaining
so that we can check the same.
