Enrolment of a Director in WB Profession Tax

Yes precisely this is the issue that I am facing and I do not know what to do.

Mail copy attached as received by directors. Deleted confidential director data. 

This is the exact intimation that our director has received, he has received this in his official mail id, the contents are exactly the same. I wonder whether we are required to proceed accordingly, I need to be certain. But indeed if it is really a statutory requirement for a director to enrol seperately and hence apply individually in WB profession tax, then we would need to go through the process.   

But WB Ptax rules no where states enrolment of directors of the company separately and paying by them annually fixed 2500 pa
