Respected Experts,

As per latest provision by CBIC we enrolled ourself to QRMP. We promptly uploaded all our invoices using IFF. And paid self assessed remittance for Jan & Feb. We are invoicing to BHEL also.

Today BHEL blocked our payments asking 3B for Jan & Feb. I explained above QRMP scheme and what we have done. But still they are replying it is not accepted by BHEL. We have to file monthly.

I don't know what to do or what action to take. QRMP introduced for small industries like us. We felt it reducing burden but because of BHEL we are again in situation to change to monthly. Kindly suggest me how can we overcome this situation.

Claiming ITC on basis of IFF uploaded invoices is statutorily allowed & for the same, GSTR-3B is not mandatory.. You can ask them to claim ITC as per GSTR 2A which will include your IFF uploaded invoices.. Hence there is no need on their part to block your payments..
