Enquiry on share transfer

Hi Expert,

Please i work with company XYZ who has 100% share of company RTX located in different countries with same shareholder, company XYZ has decided to transfer the investment owned with RTX to its shareholder so that there wont be any investment showing on company XYZ after transferring the share.

Please advice me on how possible it is and the procedure to follow.
