Enquiry about articleship registration

Good evening friends, I have an issue about Articleship. I have completed CA-IPCC both groups at a time, on first attempt. I have been registered for CMA & CS as well(don't know about reg for 2 courses while in CA) . While I'm under Articleship under a FCA, being truthful I have sent all the copies those to be needed for permission and Articleship registration having signatures of my Principal knowingly. Articles have not got registered i.e., rejected being the objection of two courses. I have asked my Principal whether can he do anything regarding my articles registration. But that Fellow CA didn't respond to problem. I left out the training for 3 years. After completing my CMA & CS I have joined CA articles under another CA again as it is my passion to practice as a CA. I have sent fresh form 103 with all requisites. Now that ICAI Chennai asking for No Objection letter from my previous FCA to register my articles. This is my problem. My question is, Why shall I ask my previous FCA a NOL,being no relationship between him & me as I have not been registered under him ? What rule can I suppose to get register for articles ?? ICAI is torturing my life.. Kindly suggest.
