Good evening to All, I am working in a pvt ltd company as an account executive. My Engilsh is very poor and i am always afraid of it. I can't write & speak well and thats why faced so many probelm. Please guide me how can i improve my writinng and speking skills.

Hii... Start using english in day to day conversation With ur close friends ..Do not bother about ur mistakes...Stop worrying..... Read nd see English news.... U can download dictionary for vocabulary... Speak to urself in english against mirror... Start with simple basic conversation with ppl... U can simply mix some English lines in ur mother toung initially to gain confidence...

for vocabulary u can just make ur self habitual for knowing englsih of every small things which is in ur daily use and read news paper and try to get some new words daily it will teach to learn english.
