Employer not giving form 16

Why worried so much, you can file your return based on salary receipts and 26AS.

If you take your tax detail from your Employer so can see your Form 26AS on income tax site

keep a opy of the letter fr your records, now use bank passbook, salary slip if u have and 26AS then finalize the data

You can go to income tax efiling website and download your Form 26AS from your login ID (subject to employer filed the TDS Return)

Form 16 can be generated only if the employer has deducted TDS from your salary and not otherwise. However you can calculate your gross salary received from the employer and add it to your total income for filing income tax return if desired. If tax has been deducted,then Form 26AS and calculation of gross salary can help. However if employer has paid your dues and deposited your PF, ESI, TDS etc, you need not worry about form 16 or otherwise
