MY QUESTION IS REALATED TO PVT. LTD. CO, CAN COMPANY GIVEN SOME BENEFITES TO EMPLOYEE LIKES GIVEN SOME RISE, WHEAT OR OTHER FOOD RELATED ITEM 

CAN ALLOWED IN COMPANY EXPENDITURE IN ACCOUNT AND GET INCOME TAX BEFITS PURCHASE VOUCHER BILL ARE MENTION WITH COMPANY NAME AND PAYMENT THORUGHT BANK  

NOTE :- COMPANY MAIN BUSSINES MFG. OF MEDICINE

Yes can claim as staff welfare expenses. But require documentation as to provided to employee only and employee must sign document of receipt of such goods ( Ensure that not used by director for his personal use ).

YOU CAN ALSO CLAIM AS FOOD EXPENSES (INDIRECT EXPENSES) 

BUT TAKE CARE  AMOUNT SHOULD  NOT HEIGH
