Respected Sir/Sirs

Let me know whether an employee on Probation is not elgible for EPF.

Second Point : Is there any separate norms for CBSE affiliated Schools ?

What are consequences if the number of employee has touched the eligibility number of twenty and has not applied for EPF....for Employer.

Is there any relief to employees who are reluctant to the scheme ?

I will be highly obliged for your valued advices in advance.

Thank you very much Sir for replying my querry ,I know the ruling but my employer ws pressing hard against these points as CBSE norms are different,

But the problem is this that number of employees has touched 20 and employer wants to comply the EPF scheme from the month of July.

What should I do.whether I should manipulate the records or there is some good step to work accordingly.

Since when is your strength 20 employees? Which July??

 



 

Sir,

Since the eligibility for enforcement of EPF i s minimum number of employees 20 or more.

I have to say that , in the last financial year the number of employees were less than 20,but now the number of employees is twenty,however three persons out of them are getting more tha 15000/- consolidated salary.

Now please guide me whether we can start from the month of July and if not what should i do to escape the consequences.
