Hellow Freind,

Please provide me in excel format , how to calculate Fix EMI Amount . if rate of Interest is 16 % for 4 year and principal amount 1 lac

It is Rs 2834 as found using calculator in www.apnaloan.com

U can use function from Insert Menu in Excel. Under category Financial/PMT PMT[Rate/12/100,No.of Months,(-)Principal] PMT[.01333,48,-100000] EMI - 2834
