CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHETHER SALARY AMOUNT IN TDS RETURN WILL BE GROSS OR TAXABLE(i.e AFTER EXCLUDING EXEMPTION FROM GROSS AMOUNT)??

you did not mention whether it is Q1/2/3 or Q4. If it is Q1/2/3 it is salary drawn (after deductions) if it is Q4. in Annexure 1 you give net salary (after deductions) . annexure II you provide summary of the salary particulars which contain gross - deductions - net etc. etc. |

Dear Nitesh
As per my knowledge you can give either GROSS or NET , But you have to provide correct information in Q4(Annexure - II, The break up of salary)
