Is Embroidery Work subject to Service tax and under which category this work would be categorised???
It would be great if anyone justifies with some relevant cases to levy ST.

Enbroidery work, as such is not covered under service tax. However, if it is done as job work, it will attarct service tax under business auxiliary service.
