Eligible deduction for itr after due date

Dear experts,

If an individual furnish ITR for AY 2017-18 AND AY 2018-19, is he entitled to claim all the deductions u/s 80 of Income tax Act 1961?

1. ITR for AY 2018-19 can be filed only after April, 2018.

2. ITR for AY 2017-18 can be file u/s. 139(4) till March 2018....... & yes deduction u/s. 80C is capped at aggregate eligible investment of 1.50 lakhs for each assessment year.....

Sir,

I am asking about deductions which are covered in heading “C.—Deductions in respect of certain incomes” in Chapter VIA. If an assessee furnish ITR for AY 18-19 after due date, will deduction covered in heading "C" be available?
