Hi Sir, I'd like to know whether I am eligible to file tax under section 44AD or not? I am a Freelancer, I have a partnership firm ( My wife is my partner), I live in Hindu Undivided Family, I have business of Call Center services ( I purchase telemarketing database from International market and resell in the call centers on India. Shall I take the benefit of filing tax under Section 44AD.Please advice on this

Whether the business is run by individuals/partnership firm/huf?
What is the turnover?
Turnover of business must not exceeds 2 crore...& it must be run by a resident individual or huf to take the benefits of section 44AD
Sir,
Turnover is close to 50 lacs annualy and its a partnership firm. My wife and me are the partners. Where as I am the only one profficient and running this business solely.

If both partners Book remuneration and Interest in that partnership firm... Then can't file 44AD.
As per PAN its Partnership. So, Not a matter if Your solely work or Both works...
Yes. The partnership firm can be assessed u/s. 44AD...........
