You have to complete atleast 2 years of your articleship before papers..

You will be eligible for final attempt in november if you have already completed your 2 years of articles as of that date. That means if you had registered the articles on/ before Oct31 2007, you will be eligible for the final attempt this nov.

If I clear Group-I in November09 as per old scheme, then in may 2010, do i need to give group-II as per new scheme?

yes u have to give 2nd group in new scheme
