Eligibility for ipcc

Dear Experts,

My sister gave her CPT in Feb 2007 with Rank. She completed her articleship in 2010. However due to an accident she was on long term bed rest and could not write her CA exams. Can She write her IPCC now and will she have to redo articleship or she is eligible to skip it? Please help as she is really keen on completing her degree.

1. Yes, your sister can write the CA Inter/IPC/IPCC exams now.

2. She is not required to do the articleship again.

3. I guess she completed her articleship under PCC scheme. If so, then first she needs to convert to IPC as per ICAI announcement, dated 07.01.2013. Detailed procedure is given therein -> Download

4. If that is not the case and she has/had already converted to IPC or originally registered under IPC, then she needs to revalidate her registration before filling the exam form as per ICAI announcement, dated 22.01.2013. Detailed procedure is given therein -> Download

I too agree with Deepak Gupta!!!

Hope that your Sister gets rank IPCC as well as CA Final!!

All the Best!!
