Hi,
I have been working for one of the Leading MNC since 22nd May 2012. Now I am serving my notice period and will be relieved by 24th December,2016. Hence I am going to end up my office tenure by 4 Years, 7 moths and 3 days. Now my Question is whether am I eligible for Gratuity or not. I have read some where that according to the act 6 months is rounded off to 1 year.
If I am eligible but still I don't get it from my company, what are the actions that I can take? Thanks in advance for answering.
