I had joined training from 31st october and i have taken leave of at lest 50 days till date and i also want to take leave of atlest 3months more before exams.If i do these will i be eligible for November 2009 Ca Final Old course eexam???

as u r under the limit of maximum leave allowed but if u crosse that limit u;r article ship is extended and u have to fill 107 form for this . Dont worry u;r nov 2009 attempt is not delayed becauser u have to complete 2 years articleship for eligible for nov 09 attempt in which u;r leave were also includes upto maximum limit
