today i had submitted my exam form for final

in that form one question is Eligibility Detail

in that certificate No Date they are asking so which detail i have to put their

I had already submitted so please reply urgently

I had completed My articlship ITT & GMCS so

please reply..

The date which your ITT ceritficate got issued ( which is mentioned on certificate)...you should mention dude..
