I am CA Final Student, I have my attempt in NOV 2010(New Syllabus). Can any one tell me, is I required eligibility certificate to write the CA Final Exams?

There is no Eligibility Test in CA Final (New Course).
You have to complete your two years of articaleship for appearing in Final Exams.

yes, as there is no system of sunday or postal test in the New Final, the question of E.C doesnt arise.....
