Elevator business
can we file return of the person who has elevator business under 44 AD.. he has not maintained books of accounts.. Is he eligible to file under above section or should we file under 44ADA

Yes, you can file the return under section 44ad depends on your business. Exactly what you do with elevator - repairs and maintenance, manufacturing or rental services etc.

Only repairs of elevators.. not manufacturing
