Dear All, I had not paid my electricity bill since 3 years as a result the due becomes big. Is there any rules that i can pay the dues amount with deduction of fine amount. Pls suggest.

You dint paid electricity bill from past three years but you still they dint cut your electricity connection that's strange !
because generally max they allow three to four months depending on the state and also which electricity co is providing the service..
last year i read in newspaper that one of the state CM (I don't reme the name) electricity was cut due to non pay of ELECTRICITY bill for many months..
anyway you need to contact your electricity co which provides electricity they might help or give time to pay in installments...
