Can we put the title of Minute sheet as above or we need to give the complete address of the Venue in Mumbai?
Also add meeting No. as per SS-2.
Time of conclusion of meeting also required - It could be covered in minutes also.

As per SECRETARIAL STANDARD ON MINUTES (SS-5), Minutes should begin with the number and type of the Meeting, name of the company, day, date, venue and time of commencement.
Hence, a complete address of the place where the meeting was held, is mandatory to be given.
