Egm number on rfd 01a (statement-3[rule 89(2)(b) & 89(2) (c)

Sir,

In Online  GST Refund application for refund of IGST on export of Goods , we need to enter EGM Number and Date. But some of the EGM number generated on ICEGATE are less that SEVEN Digits. But GST Portal insists to enter 7 Digits. The error Msg is - 

EGM Ref number can take only 7 digit +ve numeric values.

  Plese advice.

Download latest Excel utility it is accepting 7 digit starting with 000. I have created JSON file but unable to upload on portal. Error showing "encounter error while uploading". Pls try from ur end and pls comment if it is uploading.

ICEGATE stands for the Indian Customs and Central Excise Electronic Commerce/Electronic Data interchange (EC/EDI) Gateway.

ICEGATE is a portal that provides e-filing services to the trade and cargo carriers and other clients of Customs & Central Excise Department (collectively called trading partner).

Future date is not allowed in EGM details Date.

In some cases EGM date is less than shipping bill date then how we can create the valid JSON file
