members may call EGM by themselves
and all expenses incurred by requisitionists for that meeting shall be deduced from defaulting BOD

means
board shall call meeting within 21 days from date of receipt of valid requisition .
and that called meeting shall be held within 45 days form the date of receipt of valid requisition .
eg.
if receipt of requisition is issued on 1st March
then board shall call meeting within 21 days i. e. on or before 21st March
and that meeting shall be held within 45 days from the date of receipt of acquisition i.e. on or before 14th April.
