eforms approval lead time

presently time taken by roc people in approving (or rejecting or objection) the e forms submitted (my experience for form 1A, form 8 etc) is nearly 15 days. last year it was 3 to 5 days. Are you people facing the same problem, if yes what may be the possible way to raise the issue with ROC in a genlte and professional manner.
