Efiling password reset through otp
Dear All,
For resetting the password easily ,income tax department has introduced new option OTP.
But this option is coming for some clients and not coming for some clients.
Can any body tell me what is the reason for this ?

i came to conclusion that this is happening with those cases whose contact details have not been verified.... other views are welcome...
