I m want to register a new pan card for the efiling purpose but the site show this pan card does not exit in our data base.
Plz tell me what to do now its very urgent for me to file this return in a period to 2 days.

are you sure that it is stating like that.
Try e filing at the intermediary websites like taxsmile.com, etc
make a call to incometax office. On website there you will find their number
There is an option in income tax site know your PAN ----> you should check that option whether your PAN Shows the correct data then you should draft a letter to incometax department .
just contact at income tax office call centre.they wil solve ur problem or u can write at the email id given on website
you can verify pan at know your juridictional AO tab in efiling site also............................
