An NGO applied for 80G on 05-10-2018 and date of order is 19-11-2018. The certificate states " the approval shall be valid till perpetuity w.e.f. AY 2019-20.
Kindly confirm whether NGO can issue 80G receipt to the donors who have donated from April 2018 to 05-10-2018/ 19-11-2018 i.e. for the whole of FY 2018-19 or AY 2019-20.
