Ram (shareholder) transfer some share to Mohan on 31/03/2015. but in MGT-7 of 2015-16 the effect was not enetered.
Now what is the remedy available for ractify this mistake ?

MCA 's help kit and FAQ allows revised filling of form MGT.7
further, if the said form is filed for further years with wrong share data, then it is suggested to revise further forms too..
