voucher prepared 4 ®7600/- and paid the same but entered ®7500/- , all the Mis done . Now

Its to mention rupee. 4 used in as 'for' ® used in as 'rupee'

so it means that voucher is rupees for 7600 and customer paid the full amount.
But entry for rupee 7500 was entered.

It means that you entered voucher less by 100 rupee

Correct me if i m wrong

Yes. Now we have done MIS for the month. to put the adjustment entry without change in the MIS finished period

You reverse the entry in current period and than pass the original entry with correct amount
