WHAT IS THE EFFECT OF EWAY BILL REJECTION BY PARTY?
DOES IT MEAN THAT EWAY BILL IS VOID AND CANCELLED?

Quick Summary
When a party rejects an e-way bill, it effectively means the bill is cancelled and no longer valid. This rejection impacts the reconciliation of sales data between your e-way bill records and GSTR1 filing. If the rejection was an error, it's advisable to communicate with the customer to understand the reason and potentially generate a new e-way bill.
Sir, It will be better to talk to your customer to know the reason behind the rejection. If it is erroneously done then u can generate another e_waybill . I fully agree with Raja sir once the e_waybill is rejected by the customer it is no more an e_waybill.
