DOES IT MEAN THAT EWAY BILL IS VOID AND CANCELLED?

Quick Summary
It means cancelled by party, it will not accept further,pass debit/credit note entry
It means that e-way bill is not valid or it's not a e-way bill...

Generally, when material not getting test results positively, then Recipient will reject/cancel the Buyers e-waybill.
so will it means that eway bill is cancelled and it will not have effect on my sales when comparing eway bill data with gstr1?
Yes... The cancelled e-way bill value can't calculate Your sale values with e-way bill value**
Sir, It will be better to talk to your customer to know the reason behind the rejection. If it is erroneously done then u can generate another e_waybill . I fully agree with Raja sir once the e_waybill is rejected by the customer it is no more an e_waybill.
