Education minister sibal has to intervene in transfer issue

transfer rules should be like "max 3 times; after that in special cases"

ICAI may be autonomous but the HRD ministry has intervened in cases of running of IIMs and IITs toh ICAI kya chiij hai. Plus the ministry will be supported by all 7lac+ students as well as thousands of intelllectual and selfless CAs.

IF sibal sir see all the rules(new ones); then he himself will agree that this is against ights of a students and will surely ask :

a) ICAI's excuse that this will stop dummy will be that previously at least there used to many students who used to do articleship for 2 years and then take dummy for 1.5 years.Now from first only; new students will take dummy provided that some of their seniors/friends/relatives have recenlty undergone/undergoing articleship and all these stupid rules.

b)Suppose if the present dummies like children/relative of CAs or their clients who were dummies at first realise the need of some practical knowledge;and want to take up real articleship they wont be able to take transfer or will be discouraged to do so as it would require change of cities.

c) Some unprecedented powers given to CAs will only add to miseries of students as it gives them right to make anyone's aarticleship nil

d) The mechanism of complaint against CAs IS VERY VERY SLOW. IF THE FAULTY ONES LIKE S GOPALKRISHNAN OF GLOBAL TRUST BANK SCAM(2001) AND SATYAM 2009 TOOK AGES FOR DISMISSAL; then what would icai do to students' complaints.They intentionally makes the case drag as it would DISCOURAGE IN FUTURE,ANY STUDENTS TO COMPLAIN AGAINST ANY CA.

well done jose.this issue i had already stated in caclubindia.but nobody was even giving a single comment on it.i also posted the same issue that is regarding constriants to right to freedom of movement in poll.that poll was not seen atleast for a day in this site.if you are sure that the ministry will help us, me and a lot of  others will join.i will be giving  a complaint to the minister today itself

We should begin by wriiting emails to the HRD and Sibal sir. This is a genuine problem that is plaguing all CA student. Even a lunatic can figure out that ghorr anyay is being meted out to CA students; Sibal sir is a Harvard graduate. i am saying this because i am a UPA fan; but i am also facing the heat of this rules that ICAI continues to lay as nails in our coffin of our career. This has to stop. We are not asking government to takeover ICAI; that will mean doom to our profession. They should instead force/armtwist ICAI to revert the new

a)transfer restriction        b)unlimited powers to principal to blackmail CA students

If you wanna restrict transfer; make it max 3 in one city; after that the new special provisions shall apply.

Elections of ICAI is just round the corner. This is the right time to strike. The aspirants of CCM are chamchas of netaas; if all of us send emails/letters to HRD and Sibal sir;pleading him to save us; this rule can be reverted.

Plzzz; if we don't act; there is conspiracy theory floating around that the new CCM will make more harsher rules to further enslave us(like maybe banning regualr bcom/mcom)

guys can we go on strike . dis is month of september. if we guys go on strike, CA's wud cum 2 kno d real value of us.

see friends.rote from the day this matter has been posted in the forum only four of us have commented anytihing about it.this shows the unity of the students.all of them have their own problems.when a common cause comes up or an oppurtunity to show our unity comes nobody is there to join.this lack of unity is the stimulus for the members.please unite friends
