Dear All,
Form 3CD requires details regarding the amount of Modified Value Added Tax credits availed of or utilised during the previous year and its treatment in the profit and loss account and treatment of outstanding Modified Value Added Tax credits in the accounts. Should Credit details on Education Cess also be shown under the requirement?
