hi

good morning

i have a query if u can solve it

plz

i want to know the effective date of  Secondary Higher Education Cess which is 1 %.

from when it is effective

and specially on TDSa

i need it earliest.

For Income Tax Purpose (TDS also) it is efective from 1st April, 2007

Secondary Education Cess is aplicable on 1 Custom & Excise Duties W.E.F-1st of March 2007 2 Service Tax W.E.F-11th of May 2007 3TDS & Income Tax W.E.F-1st of April 2007 Regards Tousif....
