Difference between Open university and Distance Education.

In open university joining of the course will depends upon age i.e., 18 year +
In Distance education minimum qualification (like +2) is required for entering or joining to ANY Graduation course
In open university, there would never be any virtual classes, whereas in distance university, there would be online classes for teaching mode.
