Edit Form 108

Don't worry !!!
I had faced the same issue, Just follow the procedure.
write a mail to ssp.student @ icai.in, they will reply asking you to submit Employer letter for Rejecting Form 108 filed and to make corrections/editions in the form

1. Write a letter to your Regional office (SIRC or WIRC or NIRC) Get the signature on it from your principal stating that you entered incorrect particulars in the Form 108.

2. Submit that letter to Regional Office and then wait.
3. Regional Office will reject the Form, you will get mail from RO stating your form is rejected.
4. Now, File the fresh form.

I have followed the above procedure as instructed by SSP.student @ icai.in
I have got my problem solved.

You need to have little patience because SSP support team and ICAI will take time to reply

I have deleted the whole form due to mistake in filling but now it's not showing the form at all

sad to hear that... but you don't need to worry.

Just call the SsP helpdesk number and drop a mail to "ssp.helpdesk @ icai.in" from your registered mail ID

They will raise a ticket for your issue and guide you through the further procedure.

sir, i hve a query about the form 108. i complted my articleship in feb. month . when i enter the details i m confused with the calculation of leaves .. i submit my form and genrated the print pdf .. now i realised there is some mistakes showing in form ... i m not uploading any document ... what should i do ... pls give me suggestion as possible as .

So You were saying You had mentioned incorrect leaves and the PDf form is generated.

then Write mail to ssp.student @ icai.in and SSP.helpdesk @ icai.in
If possible get into contact with your Regional Head Office. They can help you.
They may ask u to submit Employer (Your Principal) letter with the details of errors/mistakes committed in the Form108.

hi, confused with the calculation of leave and extension . can anybody help . just eg. -

total no. of days in 3 years is  365*3=             1095

leave taken (other than holdays, weekends)     152

total no. of period served by me ( 1095-152)     943

eligible for leave entitlement (943/6)                  157

so , i m eligible for extension in articleship or not ? .. maximum leave 156 or 180 in that case  ?? and how i divide my work for 3 years . pls rply soon
