i am having some doubts.can anybody plz clarify it.
if all the directors of a private limited company are disqualified according to the list released by ministry of corporate affairs.
inorder to update all the pending forms and file the ecods form for removal of disqualification do the company need to appoint new directors in the place of disqualified directors ?
or the disqualified directors can run the show till April 30th for updating all the pending documents and fill the ecods forms.
plz clarify
Because in the ecods forms it is showing like the director whose digital signature is used had been given permission by the board of directors.will that mean a new board or the existing board with disqualified directors?
