hi frnds can anyone tell me if a emd dd is lost by the party , how it get credited back in our acccount. Actually we had issued a dd on 10/12/2004 as a security , the same is not credited in the party account, so how we claim this amount. only we have photocopy of this dd

Just enquire from the Drawer Bank that the said DD has been encashed or not...N if not then u can furnish an affidavit to claim the amount.
