I want know that whether every pages of audit report should by aleast 1 director. In tax audit report form 3ca amd 3cd should be sign by company director...//?????

sing of director in every page is not require. But sing of Auditor is require n every page.
In Auditor's Report only Auditors signature requried as teh same is issued by Auditor. In directors Report sign of the directors only requried as it is issued by Directors only.
In all the pages the Signatures of the directors are not required. But each and every page of the audit report the signature of the auditor is required.

Form 3CA is signed only by the signing partner of the firm whereas initials are put on all pages of 3CD report by the signing partner...there is no complusion for the directors to sign the 3CA and 3CD forms but certain CA's follow the practise just to avoid any inconviniencies in future...!!!!
