E1 sales transaction

under E-1 Transactions only the consignor name is mentioned in Truck receipt, and consignee is mentioned SELF 

on the back of Truck receipt, the consignor endorse the immediate consignee name with his seal and signature, (who issues form C and claim form E-1), 

on receipt of documents from origin, the immediate congnee endorse the Truck Receipt again in favor of final receipent 

Current situation is we already submited document  to sales tax all lorry receipt and only endorse not mention our company name.

original lorry receipt is taken by the transporter, remember it, that without the lorry receipt the transporter will not deliver the goods 

at this stage, the money receipt issued by transporter in name of final receipent  against the truck receipt number would help

In E1 transaction : LR consinor name is manufacture name

                                Consignee name should be our company name or ultimate company name.

under E1 transaction consignor name is mentioned and in the place provided for consignee its mentioned "SELF" which indicates the consignee himself or as per order / endorsement done by the consignor , intermediate receipent or ultimate receipent would come in light by virtue of endorsement of LR
