IF X is in delhi and sells material to Y in Odisha, and the consignee is Z in Odisha. What is the treatement of Sales tax in books of Y. Also since the way bill has been issued by z, then whom Z issued way bill,the C form will be raised by Z in favour of whom. Pls suggest the appropriate treatement,

Z has to issue a way bill because he receives the goods. X sells to Y on E1 sales basis. X will issue an E1 form to Y. C forms are given by Z to Y and by Y to X.Y will not charge any CST in his invoice.The invoice sent by X is removed and Y 's invoice is inserted in the documents of the vehicle. .......mjk

Can C Forms be issued by Z to Y when both Z and Y are in the same State? Here, Z and Y both are in the same state - Orissa. This fact has to be considered while replying.
