They deals all MS Scrap, D got a order from a manufacturer he gives to C that order as Middle Man same order C gives to B as same procedure and again B did the same thing to A. And A sales that MS Scrap to B, But despatch place and principal place of business of any tax payer not same. where despatch the item vehicle. My question is who will generate a E - Waybill with bill to shift to
For the transaction between Manufacturer and D the D is seller and Manufacturer is Purchaser, again transaction between D & C the C is Seller and D is Purchaser, again between C & B, B is Seller, C is Purchaser, Between B & A the A is Seller and V is Purchaser... But the Meterial MS Scrap Loading Place is not Place of Business of Any of them. I want to knw who will generate the e waybill to Manufacturer from loading point.
Here no more confusion... As per E way bill condition, seller is the first priority to prepare e way bill, then second priority is Purchaser and finally transporter. here Anyone can prepare e way bill as per above priority.
So, As per Your query any of the one can prepare e way bill. You know here who is seller and purchaser they can prepare e way bill.
